 Lite

The Lite is your choice if you want to have a planning and reporting tool that quickly calculates the parts lists and gives an easy-to-use interface for reporting production breaks.  The Lite is also the most affordable of the available versions. It is suitable for pallet manufacturers without automatic manufacturing lines or machines. Lite version works in normal PC or laptop.

Basic

The Basic includes all the features of the Lite version combined with the powerful features a real-time connection to the manufacturing equipment makes possible. These include:

• Automatic programming of manufacturing equipment
• Automatic production break detection
• Alarms logging
• Production monitoring

Pro

The Pro version contains everything in Lite and Basic versions and adds the ability optimize various parameters in manufacturing equipment according to product. This feature makes it possible to run manufacturing machinery at the optimal speed for the product. Once the rules for selecting or calculating the parameter values has been laid out, optimizing function works seamlessly on the background and requires no user intervention.

Parameters have been traditionally dealt with by using two different approaches.

• Finding and always using the lowest common denominator
• Tuning the parameters manually during the manufacturing

The first one decreases capacity substantially. As all the conveyor speeds, nailing speeds and timings and numerous other factors are tuned according the worst case scenario, these settings are used even the product structure and dimensions would allow faster operations.

The second one is rarely used, since it requires very experienced operator who doesn't make errors. Ever. Relying on operators is risky, because humans always make errors no matter how experienced and skillful they are. And errors in this case may mean faulty products, even damaged equipment.

With Pro version you can take out the most of your equipment and still run it inside a safety limits ensuring good quality and integrity of the equipment. Depending on your products, this all can translate to drastic improvement in terms of capacity.

Advanced

Advanced version takes all the features of the Lite, Basic and Pro and adds the capability to automatically adjust all the aspects of equipment during the product change-over. This means really short set-up times. At best, we are talking about few seconds. As a result, manufacturing very short product series becomes possible without compromising capacity too much. Of course, this requires that the manufacturing equipment is also automatic and does not need manual set-up.
